As we approach the end of 2025, we can see the impact of intentionally harnessing the strength of our community towards making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. To continue alleviating poverty and social isolation through supporting families, under-resourced youth, single moms, seniors and newcomers we must raise $100,000.
