Let's Move Willowdale 

Our hearts are full as we look back on our Let's Move Willowdale event on Saturday April 30th at Hendon Park!

Hundreds of neighbours came together on a beautiful sunny day to walk, run and ride from Hendon Park through the Finch Hydro Corridor and back. Then we celebrated with a BBQ and live entertainment!

Not only did we have an amazing time with our neighbours, we were also able to pass the halfway mark of our 50K Spring/Summer Fundraising Goal!

We'd like to thank everyone who made this wonderful day possible: 

• All the volunteers, including the amazing students, wonderful We Run North York marshals, Rotary Club North York and REACH Church

• Joyce Law for being an incredible Race Director and Surabhi Veitch aka the Passionate Physio for leading our stretch 

• AER Event Rentals Inc. for donating the BBQ, tables and chairs

• Golden Star Burgers for delicious burgers that wowed our crowd

• DUCA Credit Union for sponsoring our Entertainment 

• Our talented performers Matt Gerber, Chris Manley, Sawyer Bullock and the Just Another Day breakdancing crew
