Virtual Yard Sale 2021

Thank you to Karrot for donating $900 to NeighbourLink through this fundraiser and thank you to everyone who participated!

From Nov 1st to Dec 7th we partnered with Karrot to host a Willowdale Virtual Yard Sale fundraiser in our community!

Karrot is a new secondhand marketplace app focused on creating a safe and local buying/selling experience!

Neighbours supported our work in the Willowdale community by selling or giving away their unwanted items on the Karrot app throughout the fundraiser

Here's how it worked:

2. Listed their items for sale and put #Willowdale in the TITLE of their listing

3. Every item posted resulted in a $1 donation made to NeighbourLink North York
