Volunteers Connect!

A virtual meeting to celebrate our current volunteers and welcome new ones!

On Monday February 7th we hosted a virtual volunteer event! It was incredible to welcome over 50 current and new volunteers to this meeting. There are so many kind neighbours wanting to give back to the community.

We got to hear directly from Food Bank Volunteers, the Community Care Team and our Youth Mobilization team about their experiences volunteering with us. We also got to brainstorm about our Willowdale Kindness Movement initiative.

We also got to enjoy music from local musician Matt Gerber!
