Newcomer Welcome Team Weekly Meetings

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, we have hosted virtual prayer meetings Wednesdays nights over Zoom to pray for peace. 

 

Out of those calls a Newcomer Welcome Team for North York has formed to support newcomers from Ukraine in our neighbourhood.

 

We invite more neighbours to join our calls to brainstorm, plan and share ideas on how best to support newcomers and help them find a second home in Canada

Those meetings will now be every Wednesday from 12-1pm beginning in January
