Let's Move Willowdale is Saturday May 6th!

You’re invited to NeighbourLink North York’s 2nd Let’s Move Willowdale Move-a-thon & BBQ on Saturday May 6th!

We are excited to partner with the North York Seniors Centre on this event which will be a welcomed opportunity for neighbours to get together while raising funds for our mobile food program to support seniors, neighbours with disabilities and single moms!

The fun starts at Hendon Park (near Yonge & Finch) at 11am with a Walk, Run and Ride along the Finch Hydro Corridor with friends, family and neighbours.

At 12pm there will be a BBQ at the park with delicious food, live entertainment, dance workshops, kids crafts, giant bubbles, FREE milk tea, prizes and more!

All funds raised will go towards feeding our neighbours by uniting and expanding the respective Mobile Food Programs of NeighbourLink and the North York Seniors Centre. This will provide healthy and nutritious food to seniors, neighbours with physical disabilities and single parents who are experiencing food insecurity but cannot access a food bank.
